STEINERT, J. -- This action was instituted by plaintiff Northwest Cities Gas Company, a corporation, to enjoin defendants Western Fuel Co., Inc., a corporation, and James B. Huff, its president, from interfering with plaintiff's alleged prescriptive easement of right of way across the property of the defendant Western Fuel Co.
