In this appeal by Northampton Area School District (School District), we are asked to decide whether the East Allen Township Board of Supervisors (Board) erred when it denied the School Districts request for conditional use approval to permit construction of a new high school. Because we agree the Public School Code (School Code) does not interfere with local land use regulations and the School Districts proposal violates the East Allen Township Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance), we affirm.
